Body Back is a clinically proven, high intensity, interval-based program giving you a total body workout. Are these classes for everyone? No, probably not everyone. There are moms, like you, who are willing to reach out of her comfort zone. You will be pushed to your personal limits. This program is based on cardio, strength and core.
You do not need to be in shape to do Body Back. We will build you up from your personal starting point...and you don't have to be a runner! However, you do need to be free from injuries or ailments which would prevent you from training at a high intensity.
