Enjoying the East Coast. Ran 5 mi. yesterday and band work. Today did Body Back video. My eating has been good, but could be better-few nibbles here and there. Doing my journaling. Did my 3.5 mile run with Cameron in the stroller after his morning nap...it was hard to push him and that stroller up and down the hills in our neighborhood, right smack in the middle of the day (it was hot!) but I did it. Now, to run 5 miles tomorrow and Sunday is my rest day. Hope everyone is having a great day today!
