Can't believe I slept in - feel like I'm back in high school! So bummed that I missed this morning. Was all geared up for it. Can't make up the class tomorrow night, either, so I'm out 'till next week unless there is something on Friday! :-(

I want to see some goals on our discussion page! Putting them out there will keep you accountable. You don't have to share them all if some are private...just share one small goal like journaling your food, or giving 110% at every workout!
