Body Back is a results based program for moms of any age! The 8 week Body Back program includes two workouts each week, nutrition and meal planning guide, food journal, "Mama Wants Her Body Back" at home workout DVD and online support. We typically run 4 sessions each year starting in January, April, July and October. Workout times are Mon/Wed at 6:30pm at Hugh MacRae Park, Tues/Thurs at 6am at Wilmington School of Ballet and Tues/Thurs at 9:30am at Hugh MacRae Park. There is potential to add more times in 2013!
