Sorry I am just responding. Weekends are always a big challenge for me. Our weekends are always jam packed with activities and much of them involve eating out. If I know we are going out to lunch or dinner, I try to be as good as I can at all my other meals. I have been taking nuts with me whenever I leave the house just in case I have the urge to splurge on something else. I have also tried to curb our eating out by cooking much more on the weekends then I have ever done in the past.
I will stop eating bits and pieces in between my scheduled meals.....Yeah, that is the tough part for me......And, also realised today that I am bad at pushups :( Will practise more!!
Erinn - hey so sorry I didn't see this post!!! Yes of course - ANY kind of massage - sports or not will help your muscles heal and recover!!! GEt one!!
Wednesdays work out was a real but kicker! I came home and Jagger (my 3 year old) looked at me and said did you get your booty kicked mom? YEAH I DID and I loved every minute of it! I'm looking forward to the second half.
