Welcome to Body Back! This is an amazing program for moms. It includes, 2 workouts a week, meal plan, food journal, before and after assessments and online support
Next session begins November 6th! This mini holiday session lasts for 6 weeks.
Price: $300 / 25% off for returning Body Back Clients / 20% for current Stroller Strides members.
