Mama, get your Body Back this Holiday Season! Preview Classes start November 15th at MyGym in Lionville Village Center. Classes will be held Tuesday evenings at 8PM from Nov 15 - December 20, with weekend morning sessions TBD. This is a special preview session with only the workout component of the program. Full 8 week session to begin in January with full support/assessments/DVD, etc.
